O-0039-M, or surname "M.PAIGE," is a decal with its original sighting date being unknown, but has been seen getting more and more documentations and mentions around February of 2010 to June of 2011 before its quick containment by RDD. 0039 was originally found in the game Sword Fighting Minigames(15) by the user TheGamer101, where its appearance was described to be a decal of a white background with a black square bearing a smaller, white square inside of it. 0039 would only exist in one server, and if that specific server would die, one of the other server instances would have 0039 appear randomly on a part in the game. Later on in its lifetime on Roblox, the deviation was known to migrate and appear in other games, operating the exact same as it would in previous games.
Interactions with O-0039-M have always stayed at a minimum for some odd reason. The deviation has been known to be able to communicate via hint instances, however is known to be very uncommunicative, especially towards RDD agents. However, two recorded interviews with the deviation have been provided in the entry, as these are the only existing interviews 0039 has been willing to let RDD have after numerous attempts at starting many others.
Hello. Are the skies bluer than the days we’ve left behind?
Maybe the clouds that have flown past are reminders of
the memories we’ve all clearly forgotten.
Do you remember?
Sorry. I know you don’t.
You never will. But hopefully
You can. Eventually.
O-0039-M is known to be commonly idle or “offline” in a game, usually just being a plain decal with no other properties whatsoever. Players have been seen usually paying little to no attention while 0039 is in an idle state, as it bears no interesting features to it other than being a mysteriously placed decal.
However, the deviation’s behavior is substantially different when it's “active” in a game, usually able to be differentiated from its idle stage by speaking in hint instances, and an audible, glitchy noise playing constantly. During its active state, players are able to interact and talk with it, although the chances of it becoming active are relatively rare for one to see in-game.
Strangely enough, all players who have interacted with the deviation in its active state have been known to forget the existence and all information relating to it after around a week. O-0039-M also seems to have lethal capabilities, with both anomalous interests being explained furthermore in the following recording instances.
The following was the first ever recorded interview with O-0039-M and an RDD agent. It took 38 previous attempts over a span of five weeks to get this first interview.
A.A: hello?
A.A: is this thing even alive???
[Eight seconds pass with silence.]
O-0039-M: Hello. Are the skies bluer than the days we’ve left behind?
A.A: OH MY GOd
A.A: IT FINALLY REPSONDDED
A.A: what does that mean?
O-0039-M: Maybe you’ll remember someday.
[Agent was told that M.PAIGE’s speech behavior was observed to be somewhat odd and cryptic. The interview proceeds.]
A.A: who or what even are you?
O-0039-M: A reminder for someone. There but my presence wasn’t recognized.
A.A: what are your intentions?
O-0039-M: The mind is filled with fog.
O-0039-M: I do not know myself. However, I do remember being there to aid others.
O-0039-M: However, they never remembered me.
A.A: why are you even here?
O-0039-M: To be remembered and forgiven. It appears many have forgotten, lest even known. But maybe they will.
O-0039-M: We will meet again sometime. Good day.
A.A: wha
A.A: what???
A.A: hello???
[M.PAIGE was said to be defunct past that point. End of interview.]
[Content Deleted] was described as looking apathetic and stood still for several minutes, with blueworkeR2 asking for a response. Soon after, [Content Deleted] forcibly walked into 0-0031-H’s containment unit and jumped into the deviation, being mauled and almost causing O-0031-H to breach. It appears [Content Deleted] desired to die so much from merely attempting to recall what O-0031-H looked like. May they rest in peace.

This deviation is known to be one of the biggest cognitive hazards ever documented by RDD.
If you are ever assigned to a research session with O-0031-H by your department manager, please say your goodbyes if you believe your mind isn’t ready yet. If you truly believe you are mentally prepared, you never are. Just try not to think about it later on in your work day, if you even manage to survive.
Weapon Description
“The weapon itself is also censored via RDD policy. Its scythe-like shape seems to grotesquely extend outward, gruesome for anyone to watch. It feels horrible to hold.”
Attire Description
“A suit that also seems to be comprised of more censorship. Wearing it feels unnatural to many."
